Technical Assistance

Technical and Educational support for the Baking Industry is offered to bakeries worldwide. AIB's scope of service ranges from individual assistance in starting new production lines or entire bakeries, to conducting operational studies for improving the operating efficiency of an existing bakery, troubleshooting product and process problems, or improvement in product quality.

The AIB staff has considerable experience with all types of baked products ranging from breads (pan, hearth, and flat style), sweet goods, cookies and crackers, to specialty products such as pizza. Experience includes retail and wholesale production experience including refrigerated and frozen product operations.

In addition, the expertise of the entire AIB staff can be called upon to assist in specific projects requiring highly specialized talents in sanitation or process engineering.
