After this course, you’ll know how to:

This section discusses the essential prerequisite programs expected to be implemented and their benefit as part of a Food Product Integrity Program

10:30 a.m. Developing a Sanitation Program
A review of the elements of a sanitation program and how to manage the program after the implementation

1:15 p.m. Pest Management Strategies (cont.)
An examination of the common pest issues and possible solutions for insect, rodent and bird control

2:45 p.m. Pest Management Strategies (cont.)
3:30 p.m. Developing a Self-Inspection/Audit Program
This section covers the objectives and protocols related to inspections and audits of the facility using practical examples to determine when inspection findings require an audit of the programs designed to manage the issues
