FS•360 is a consultative, unscored evaluation of on-the-floor food safety practices that focuses on specific areas and helps solve specific problems. It is intended to be learning-based and easily customizable .

Would you like to evaluate processing on the third shift? Do you have one specific area you want to focus on? Your needs are varied, and FS•360 allows us to meet them and work to your specifications.

FS•360 can be used in a free-standing manner or complementary to other audits and will look different for each of our cleints. Its entire focus is to really challenge your GMPs and provide a detailed look at your on-the-floor food safety practices. One of our food safety professionals will work with you to determine your needs and base the evaluation on those needs.
