Update your food safety and food defense program components to ensure FSMA compliance.

All FDA-registered US food manufacturing facilities, as well as facilities located in foreign countries that export to the US, must update food safety and food defense programs to meet new requirements of the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA). The final regulations related to hazard analysis and preventive controls, food defense, sanitary transport, and domestic and foreign supplier verification will be issued soon. Prepare now with this two day seminar, so that your facility is in compliance when the FDA begins enforcing these regulations.

Need to train your PCQI? Our FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Foods seminar is ready.
