You'll become an armchair expert in pan breads, hearth breads, flour tortillas, sweet and laminated doughs, batter cakes, and doughnuts. Don't let your lack of baking experience hold you back from speaking the language all bakers use.

After this seminar you’ll know how to:

  • Use and understand common baking profession vocabulary
  • Grasp basic ingredient functions and applications for baked goods
  • Define quality in a baked product and know how to score internal and external characteristics
