Gluten-Free Certification Program

As the consumer demand for gluten-free products rapidly increases, more and more food manufacturers are creating innovative gluten-free products and seeking official certification to market and label them as such. The Gluten-Free Certification Program (GFCP) allows brand owners to differentiate their gluten-free products as those that meet the stringent requirements of managing gluten as part of their food safety programs.

AIB has been approved to conduct audits by the Allergen Control Group, administrator of the GFCP which is endorsed by the Canadian Celiac Association and the U.S. National Foundation for Celiac Awareness. We’ll inspect your entire manufacturing facility or focus on a dedicated area in the GFCP audit.

When you pass the audit, we’ll send you a report and a certificate of recognition as the final step to being allowed to add gluten-free logos to your packaging and advertising.
