Technical Assistance

Technical and educational support for the baking industry is offered to food production facilities worldwide. AIB's scope of service ranges from individual assistance in starting new production lines or entire bakeries, to conducting operational studies for improving the efficiency of an existing bakery, troubleshooting product and process problems, improving product quality or decreasing expenses. 

AIB’s professionals have considerable experience with all types of baked products ranging from breads (pan, hearth, and flat style), sweet goods, cookies and crackers, to specialty products such as pizza or cakes. Experience includes retail and wholesale production including refrigerated and frozen product operations.
