Whether you are looking for a routine evaluation of your product compared to your "ideal product", or compared to the market leader in the category, AIB can provide the expertise required. Trained technologists use established subjective scoring methods, combined with objective measurements, to compare and evaluate finished products over the full range of food products. Evaluation criteria can be customized to meet individual customer objectives.

Testing includes complete subjective and objective methodologies, as well as consumer sensory testing. Objective measurements include the use of ASETM, a computer software package, to measure visual texture characteristics.
