I have a mission to develop gluten-free products that are acceptable to the growing allergic population and provide validation that the products don’t include gluten, but I was missing the science-based training, so I enrolled in BS&T to gain that unique advantage. There’s not many places you can go to learn about gluten and the science behind wheat. At BS&T I learned where to go for resources and answers while I’m researching.
