Science of Baking - Module 1 Foundations introduces students to the history of baking and the various aspects of the baking industry. This module also teaches the basic science and math skills required to complete the rest of the course. A complimentary digital copy of our Glossary of Baking Terms is included for reference.

Enrollments are accepted any time. Lesson material and exams are accessed online using a computer. Access instructions will be e-mailed upon enrollment. To receive a document of completion, students must submit an exam for each lesson and receive a 70% or above.
