Our food scientists and industry veterans are ready to assist with research projects such as product formulation and development, problem solving of process and quality issues, and shelf life performance studies. Contracted projects include a comprehensive final report that documents the results in terms of the project’s stated goals. This report can be easily used to support technical sales or for product claims.

Services include: Analytical Services, Food Labeling, in-plant technical assistance, ingredient, product and equipment testing, and finished product quality evaluations.

The AIB Research Team also produces Baking Technology Books.
