Warehouse Sanitation Workshop

Warehouse Sanitation Workshop

Maintain food protection throughout storage and distribution.

Every food plant has a receiving and distribution warehouse – and all food needs to remain protected during storage. The Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) requires that personnel who manage and work in food warehouse and distribution facilities have food safety training. This applies to all facilities not exempt from preventive control requirements.

This workshop can help you keep your food safe in a storage and distribution facility.

Make sure you’re prepared when regulatory personnel and customers visit your facility with AIB’s warehouse training workshop. Challenge your understanding of key issues, develop practical solutions, and arm yourself with confidence that your programs meet current requirements.

Who will benefit from this Warehouse Sanitation Workshop?

Simply put, every single employee – permanent or temporary – should take warehouse food safety training. Make sure your QA technicians, maintenance crew, line workers, seasonal workers, and hourly personnel are all on the same page as management.

After this seminar, you’ll know how to:

  • Develop and implement sanitation programs
  • Implement corrective actions for recognized and potential pest issues
  • Design and implement receiving programs that cover key concerns
  • Devise a storage program for allergens

Upon successful completion of this course you will receive 1.3 IACET continuing education units.
